PNC Infratech moves up on getting LoA from NHAI


PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 271.15, up by 8.40 points or 3.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 262.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 262.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 273.60 and Rs. 262.75 respectively. So far 38912 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 395.55 on 13-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 157.45 on 22-Dec-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.50 and Rs. 258.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6921.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.90% and 4.03% respectively.

PNC Infratech has received Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for ‘collection of user fee at 135 km long Eastern Peripheral Expressway Fee Plazas (National Highway No. NE II) in the states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh on EPC mode (Under PIU- Ghaziabad) for period of one year’. The contract value is Rs 369 crore (Annual Remittance to be made to NHAI).

PNC Infratech is an infrastructure construction, development and management company, with expertise in execution of major infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, flyovers, airport runways, power transmission lines, development of industrial areas and other infrastructure activities.
