Plaint Against Ex-min For Derogatory Remarks Against Pm | Kanpur News

Kanpur: Harsh Kumar, an advocate, filed a complaint against former Union minister and Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay before the additional civil judge (junior division) on Wednesday.
The advocate in his complaint has prayed to summon the former Union minister and punish him accordingly. The court has fixed July 6 as the next date of hearing.
The advocate stated in his complaint that he has a lot of respect for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On June 20 last, while he and his two friends — Anand and Rahul Pandey — were watching news on TV around 9.15 pm, they heard the former minister’s speech in which he made objectionable and insulting comments against PM Modi.
The complainant’s counsel Vijay Bakshi requested the court to summon the former Union minister in the court. The court will record the statement of Harsh Kumar on July 6. tnn
