Oberoi Realty surges on reporting over two-fold jump in sales bookings in Q3

Oberoi Realty is currently trading at Rs. 928.30, up by 17.80 points or 1.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 910.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 945.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 949.20 and Rs. 925.00 respectively. So far 34826 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1051.90 on 03-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 509.85 on 28-Jan-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 949.20 and Rs. 861.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 33924.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.53% and 2.76% respectively.

Oberoi Realty has reported over two-fold jump in its sales bookings at Rs 1,965 crore for the third quarter ended December on higher demand. Its sales bookings rose to Rs 1,965 crore during the October-December quarter from Rs 971 crore in the year-ago period.

During the first nine months of 2021-22, the company’s sales bookings jumped more than two-fold to Rs 2,964 crore from Rs 1,323 crore in the year-ago period.
