Man Puts Poster Of Exodus Due To Fear Of Local Goons | Kanpur News


KANPUR: A man, claiming himself to be an activist of Bajrang Dal, has put a poster addressed to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath outside his house in which he has mentioned that he is being targeted by local hoodlums and has no option but to flee.
The man, Hrithik Verma, a resident of Gujaini Mardanpur, has pasted the poster at the entrance of his house, telling the CM that he along with his family are compelled to move out of their home due to fear of local hoodlums. Police said a probe has been launched into the alleged incident.
Verma has accused Anees Ali, Shahenshah Alam, Mehru Khan, Mohammad Sahil, all residents of the area, of breaking into his house on late Sunday night and threatening him with sharp-edged weapons to leave the house after severely beating him up.
Later, Hrithik lodged an FIR at the Gujaini police station, wherein he alleged that the local goons are continuously threatening to kill him and his family members.
ACP Govindnagar Vikas Pandey said that an FIR has been registered in the matter. “Two police personnel were also deployed there after the registration of FIR,” ACP added.
