All plots are neat and clean and without any dispute and will be auctioned after conducting on site archival and legal examination of each plot.This is the first time that KDA is going to sell plots in bulk said Arvind Singh vice chairman KDA.
Keeping in mind the needs of the people of each income group, the vice chairman has given instructions to the officials that plots from 27 to 470 sq meter would be available for residential purposes and plots from 31 to 1800 sq meters will be available for non residential purposes.
According to SB Rai public relation officer KDA, residential plots from 27 to 30 sq meters would be sold via lottery and for that aspirants may obtain registration book from Axis bank branch near to them. Rest plots would be sold by E auction . The plots are available at –
Shatabdi Nagar, Jawaharpuram, Panki Bhau Singh, Govind Nagar, Sujat ganj, Janhvi – Bhagirathi residential plots available here through e auction. Detailed information is available on KDA website.
New Transport Nagar, Maurang Mandi , Vyapar Nagar /Ispat Nagar—non residential plots available through E auction .Detail information is available on KDA website.
Panki Bhau Singh, Ratanpur Extension Part1/Part 2, Panki Ganga ganj, Shatabdi Nagar — EWS plots will be sold through lottery .
The vice chairman had provided some special facilities for aspirants who will appear in E auction.One person may apply for more than one plots provided that the applicant will have to deposit the desired registration amount in respect of each plot.The successful applicants through E auction and lottery will be given possession immediately after depositing the full amount against the allotted plot and getting the same registered. Registry possession is proposed in one year only in Bhagirathi Janhvi awas scheme.
Successful applicants of lottery and E auction will get special discount of 5 percent on remaining amount excluding registration amount on deposit of lump sum amount within 90 days of allotment.Further facility of refund of deposited amount within 7 working days to the unsuccessful persons in e auction SB Rai said.
