Anupam Rasayan gains on signing LOI with multinational crop protection company


Anupam Rasayan India is currently trading at Rs. 1035.05, up by 9.30 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 1025.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1025.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1062.60 and Rs. 1025.75 respectively. So far 6111 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1087.95 on 03-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 472.25 on 31-Mar-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1087.95 and Rs. 992.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10249.54 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.19% and 25.42% respectively.

Anupam Rasayan India has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth $95 million (Rs 700 crore as per the current exchange rate) with one of the top ten multinational crop protection company for supplying a new life science related active ingredient. The company will enter into a long-term contract to supply life science related speciality chemical product for the next five years. This new molecule is in addition to the existing product portfolio with this customer.
